There were ten groups that hunted our place this morning.  I hunted hole 9 yesterday and I thought it would be a good pick today, also. 

 

David Breedlove, Mark Billings and his daughter, Emily, hunted with me this morning.

 

We set up before shooting time of 6:18 a.m. this morning and did not see very many ducks.  Certainly not enough to work.  Only one Mallard drake worked our hole.  He  circled several times and Emily was in the blind and could not see him good enough to try to shoot him, so he finally left without a shot being fired.

 

Several of our holes on our place shot ducks today.  We were just not in the best position to do any good today.  Hopefully we will do better tomorrow.
