We hunted hole 5 on Sunday the 18th. The people who hunted with me were David Breedlove, Wes Wright, Brian Bishop, Doug Cox and Tyler Cox. When we got to the hole, it was discovered that we had left a gun in the van. So Tyler and I piled in the boat and made a run back to the parking lot and retrieved the gun.

When we got back to hole 5 Tyler and I found ducks attached to a lanyard hanging on the side of the tree by the blind. We were told that as soon as we left that duck came in and our hunters had to defend themselves. Tyler and I sure wish that we could have helped.

It was slow because of lack of ducks. We wound up with 2 Gadwalls, 3 Mallard drakes, 2 Mallard hens, and a black crow of unknown sex which I killed when it flew over the hole during an extremely slow time. Unfortunately, you will find pictures attached.
