Banfield's Best knows that having a good duck dog is an essential part of hunting in the woods. This is true not only when the greenheads are flying, but also when they aren't. The relationship that a hunter has with his four legged friend can usually only be appreciated by other hunters. While there are many good duck dogs, Royce's hunting buddy, Taxi, is a Black Lab. Taxi and Banfield's Best believe that every Lab should have a home. Thus, Banfield's Best is working with the Ozark Humane Society (OHS) to help abandoned and rescued labs find loving homes. The labs that the OHS rescues usually do not have papers.Often, they won't even know simple things about them, like their names. Thus, we can not represent that Taxi's friends will be pure bred labs, or even know what a duck looks like. Perhaps this duck hunting season could be the beginning of a lifetime of memories of hunting in the woods with your new friend ! |
